Forgot password?
-If you have forgotten your password for your Echo account you can reset it. When you are on the login screen, click on the button below that says 'Need help logging in?' and follow the prompts to reset your password.
-Your Echo password resets every 90 days and you will be emailed about it, It may show up in your junk/spam folder. If your password isn't working checking your email can potentially identify the source of the problem.
-Echo will automatically lock and disable your account if not used for a period of time. It is important to keep your password up to date and periodically log in to Echo to keep your account from being locked out.
Forgot username?
-Your Echo username is 'e' + your 4 digit employee PIN. Example: 'e1234'.
-If you do not remember your 4 digit PIN, reach out to Angela or Jose in HR and they can provide it for you.
