Setting your Voicemail Greeting

From the web client:

  1. Click on your avatar in the top right corner and click on “Settings” > “Greetings”.
  2. From here you can choose to customize your greeting according to your status:
  3. Upload a personal greeting.
  4. Record a personal greeting from your PC by clicking on the microphone icon.
  5. Record a personal greeting from your IP Phone by clicking on the deskphone icon.
  6. Delete a greeting.
  7. Select to play the default greeting.
